After visiting the office building, director Xia Jiliang and his party entered the 8-inch workshop to learn more about the current production situation of the enterprise. Under the explanation and introduction of vice president Xu Xinhua, the visitors from the economic and Information Technology Bureau have a further understanding of the manufacturing process, technical requirements and market layout of large-scale silicon wafers. Before the establishment of FTHW factory, we had a two-year production line in Shanghai Shenhe thermal-magnetic Electronics Co., Ltd., which is also owned by Ferrotec（China）. Moreover, we have more than ten years of mass production experience in producing small-sized silicon wafers in Shanghai Shenhe . Based on the mature technology of Shanghai factory, the FTHW has not only expanded the scale of the factory, but also improved the hardware and software facilities of the factory. Through the transformation of automation and intelligent chemical plants, it is determined to become one of the few semiconductor wafer manufacturing plants in the world.
Director Xia Jiliang fully affirmed the efforts made by FTHW in the layout of Zhejiang integrated circuit industry chain, and made instructions and suggestions for the future development of the enterprise. Xia Jiliang said that since this year, the new area has anchored the differentiated development of the industry, combined with the actual situation of the new area industry, and has set a clear banner for the development of the intelligent hardware industry. Integrated circuit is a major starting point for the new area's problem-solving intelligent hardware industry. It is hoped that enterprises will speed up the process and development, strengthen technological breakthrough, management improvement and market development, and make positive contributions to the development of high-quality industries in the new area.
